It seems our store has become rather infamous. When we rolled up to the Persol Icognito event at the Whitney Museum (without invitations) we were graciously ushered in by Luxottica execs after we identified ourselves as Silver Lining. This was a great compliment since we do not buy any products from Luxottica. Vanity Fair chose this as one of their top 3 parties, and I would agree. Especially memorable was enjoying the company of Lucy Liu during Lou Reed’s intimate performance.
