This recent No Mas x Silver Lining project started me searching for more athletes that wore glasses. I stumbled upon Tom Bradley a Major League pitcher who wore prescription sunglasses on the mound. He is probably most famous for nicknaming Hall of Famer Rich Gossage “Goose” when they were roomates playing for the White Sox.
