Optician’s Tip “The Greasy Bear”

In the last post about “The Terry” I talked about Anti Reflection coatings (AR), but to be fair to the customer I will say that AR lenses tend to get greasy which means you have to clean them more frequently. The advantages to having AR on your lenses far outweigh the minor inconvenience of having to clean your glasses once a day. We recommend using a lens cleaning spray formulated for AR coated lenses to avoid “The Greasy Bear”. I know, I know, Brandon isn’t wearing any eyeglasses, but could you imagine his lenses if he did?
